The WM500ES MiniTool Pro Patrol system reads Touch Button Checkpoints which are extremely robust and designed to be used in both external and internal locations. The Checkpoints can be mounted onto any surface either by using the secure holder or by attaching the Checkpoint Button to a surface with a strong adhesive.

The Minitool Pro X1 Proximity Patrol Management solution is purpose designed for when identifying the correct operative is carrying out their tasks is one of your most important requirements. With a host of extra features, it provides Proof of Presence information to a higher level than standard Proximity Solutions. Capable of reading RFID Checkpoints (up to 3cm) or long-range active Bluetooth Checkpoints (up to 10m) (X1 BLE model) this truly flexible device is ideal for the most challenging of applications.

Checkpoints are placed throughout the vessel where patrolling or proof of presence is deemed necessary. The person in charge can complete tasks like checking for leaks or cleaning that area and tap the Touch Button or RFID Cointag with their reader to mark the activity ‘complete’.

X1 Proximity/RFID Patrol Management System with Biometric Authentication and Voice Prompt

  • Fingerprint authentication to confirm that the correct operator or a suitably trained operative is performing the task.
  • Voice Prompt /Task Prompt provides verbal confirmation of a checkpoint read but can also be used to generate a pre-recorded voice prompt that is stored within the reader and triggered by a designated checkpoint.

When the person on patrol completes a task, they can simply tap the data reader on the checkpoint and it will record the date, time and unique serial number of the device used. All this data can be compiled and viewed on the Patrol Management Software.
