Security guard need to be a honet and good person. While on their duty they may not stumble upon anyone there’s still a small probability that they’ll catch a criminal within the act. Wouldn’t it be better for all involved if your security guard might speak the criminal round? 


Trustworthy
These security guards are protecting your property and assets, so they need to be trustworthy. Imagine if you employed a guard only to find out that they’re stealing from you too. Don’t trust them? Don’t trust them.

Whatever the role, you would like to hire security Guard who is accountable. You don’t desire a guard that’s attending to linger on the work. YYou need them to be responsible for their own actions and be able to manage their time effectively.
